John’s vision for our future is to create a state where people can live, work and raise their family in safe, clean communities. A Delaware native who grew up in a family of nine kids in the working class neighborhood of Claymont, John understands what is important to Delawareans.

As our Congressman, John will work every day to create a world class education system, a 21st-century economy, access to quality health care for everyone and a clean environment. He’s already provided leadership in these areas, and he’s ready to chart a new future for Delaware.

Thanks to a public service career that has given him experience on the county, state and federal levels of government, John is uniquely qualified to represent Delaware during these challenging times. That experience has given John a clear understanding of what works and what doesn’t work.
